Divelement is seeking ServiceNow Certified Consultants to join our team on a project-based basis. You’ll collaborate with global clients to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that drive business success. What You’ll Do:
As a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying custom ServiceNow applications tailored to our client’s needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, robust solutions that enhance business processes. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and enjoy pushing the boundaries of what ServiceNow can do, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to solve business challenges.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and other technologies.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to ensure seamless operation of the applications.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:

💼 Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or Developer.

🚀 Expertise in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or custom applications.

🔍 Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow customizations.

🌍 Fluent in English (required); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- ✍️ Strong communication skills to bridge technical concepts and client needs.

📜 Active ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or others (required).
Nice to Have:
- Additional certifications like CSA, CIS, or CTA.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
