What You'll Do
- Strategize and Execute Paid Media Campaigns:
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, focusing on B2B lead generation and conversion.
- Enhance Our Digital Presence:
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure our website is a high-performing lead generation tool.
- Implement SEO best practices to boost organic traffic and engagement.
- Amplify Content Initiatives:
- Promote our podcasts, webinars, whitepapers, and events through targeted paid media campaigns.
- Craft compelling copy that resonates with our target audience, especially Gen Z, and amplifies our brand voice.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategies and optimize ongoing efforts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative marketing techniques, including the latest on TikTok and other emerging platforms.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Provide insights and feedback to continually enhance marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience & Expertise:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in paid media marketing, preferably within the digital or tech industries.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing and driving successful lead generation campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok advertising platforms is highly preferred.
- An understanding of Gen Z language and trends, especially for engaging younger audiences.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong research skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker who brings innovative ideas and approaches to the table.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on data and analytics to drive decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Located within the Americas and ability to work within US time zones for seamless teamwork.
