We’re seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on Generative AI to lead our AI initiatives. In this senior role, you’ll leverage your expertise in ML and AI to develop and deploy cutting-edge solutions that address real-world problems.
About the Role
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll design, build, and optimize machine learning pipelines and architectures using Generative AI, Transformers, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Your role will encompass everything from data preparation to deploying ML models in production environments. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet client needs while advancing Divelement’s AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Transformers-Based Model Training and Deployment
- Design, train, and fine-tune language models using PyTorch and Hugging Face libraries.
- Push models into production environments, optimizing for performance and scalability.
- Model Monitoring and Optimization
- Continuously assess model performance in production, troubleshoot issues, and iteratively improve model quality and user experience.
- API Development for Model Access
- Develop and deploy APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask to ensure seamless and scalable access to models.
- Data Manipulation
- Use Pandas and other Python libraries to pre-process, clean, and organize unstructured data (text and images) for efficient model training and tuning.
- Workflow and Containerization
- Containerize ML models with Docker to enable smooth deployment and ensure consistent performance across environments.
- Cloud Deployment and CI/CD
- Deploy models on cloud platforms and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable model delivery and updates.
- Collaborative Integration
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to align model integrations with product requirements, ensuring solutions support Divelement’s mission.
- Generative AI Development
- Build and fine-tune models using transformers, LLMs, and other generative AI technologies.
- Innovation & Best Practices
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI and ML, applying best practices for responsible AI, including model explainability and governance.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in ML engineering, data science, or AI development.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including transformers and LLMs.
- Proficiency in PyTorch and Hugging Face.
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for API development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with data manipulation libraries like Pandas.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms.

Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for ML projects.
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of LLMOps, MLOps, or DevOps for managing machine learning workflows.
- Experience with GPU programming (e.g., CUDA, RAPIDS) and compute-constrained hardware.
- Hands-on experience with Human In The Loop (HITL) systems and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with ML explainability metrics and techniques for model governance.
